Smart Campus Ecosystem

The Smart Campus ecosystem is four interconnected hubs — PRIISMS (academics and student information), PFMS (financial management), PMAPS (HR, attendance, and payroll), and Sophie LMS (virtual classroom and assessment) — operating on one shared institutional record, extended by DocSR (online document requests) and the Library Management System.

One record across every office

• Enrollment to accounting. Assessments and student ledgers from PRIISMS synchronize directly to PFMS accounts receivable — one record from registrar to accounting.
• Schedules to payroll. Approved class schedules feed PMAPS faculty workload computation and payroll adjustments, including overloads.
• Classrooms to the registrar. Enrollment rosters provision Sophie LMS classes automatically; assessment results return to the registrar gradebook.
• Records to released documents. DocSR draws on registrar records and posts payments toward institutional collections in PFMS.
