What is the Smart Campus ecosystem?
Four interconnected hubs — PRIISMS (academics and student information), PFMS (financial management), PMAPS (HR, attendance, and payroll), and Sophie LMS (virtual classroom and assessment) — operating on one shared institutional record, extended by DocSR (online document requests) and the Library Management System.
Do we have to adopt the whole ecosystem at once?
No. Each hub is complete on its own, and institutions typically phase their implementation. The hubs connect whenever you are ready to expand.
Where are the systems hosted?
PrinceTech systems are cloud-based and anchored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, with Dragonpay and Paynamics as payment gateway partners for online transactions.
What kinds of institutions does PrinceTech serve?
Colleges and universities, state universities and colleges, private K-12 schools, training institutions, and organizations applying the systems to HR, finance, and document workflows. Our academe partners span Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
What Philippine regulatory workflows are supported?
The systems support workflows and report formats associated with DepEd, CHED, UniFAST, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, along with role-based access controls and audit logging that support institutional data governance.
