Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Zambales — Championing the people who keep every institution’s records accurate, Prince Technologies Corporation participated in the 37th Annual Convention of the University, College, and School Registrars Association (UCSRA), Inc., held from October 7 to 9, 2026, at the Subic Bay Travelers Hotel, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Zambales.
This year’s theme, “Transforming Registrarship through Leadership Excellence: Advancing Accessibility, Global Competence, and Information Management,” gathered registrars, records officers, and academic administrators from universities, colleges, and basic education schools across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Over three days, delegates discussed how the registrar’s office can serve students faster, meet growing compliance demands, and keep pace with the international movement of learners and credentials. For PrinceTech, it was a chance to listen closely to the professionals our school management system is built to serve.

The Registrar’s Office: Where Accessibility Begins
Every enrollment, grade, transcript, and diploma passes through the registrar. At the PrinceTech booth, registrars shared the same pressures: alumni abroad who still need records on time, student data scattered across disconnected programs, and CHED, DepEd, and UniFAST reports still prepared by hand. These are exactly the problems an integrated student information system is built to solve.
An Integrated School Management System Built for Registrars
Throughout the convention, PrinceTech demonstrated its AI-Empowered Smart Campus Ecosystem, a cloud-based school management system hosted on secure AWS infrastructure and designed around Philippine academic workflows. For registrars, two solutions drew the most interest:
- PRIISMS Online — Academic & Student Information Hub: manages the full student lifecycle, from admission and online enrollment with instant sectioning to grade management, clearances, graduation, and alumni records, all in one secured registrar vault. It also generates structured CHED, DepEd, and UniFAST reports.
- DocSR — Online Document Request: moves the registrar counter online. Students and alumni request transcripts of records, certifications, and diplomas; pay online; track status; and receive email and SMS alerts until their scheduled release.
Because both run on the same ecosystem, they connect to the rest of the campBecause both run on the same ecosystem, they connect to the rest of the campus:
- PFMS Online: enrollment assessments and document request payments flow straight into accounting, so the registrar and cashier work from one record.
- Sophie Learning OS: class rosters provision virtual classrooms, and assessment results return to the official gradebook.
- PMAPS Online: approved class schedules feed faculty loading and payroll.
- Library Management System: library clearances tie directly to verified student records.
Every module applies AI to reduce repetitive work and surface relevant information, while approvals, releases, and institutional decisions stay with your staff.us:

Looking Ahead
Our warmest thanks go to the officers and organizers of UCSRA, Inc. for a well-run convention, and to every registrar who stopped by to share their experience. The conversations in Subic confirmed how much the registrar’s office shapes a student’s experience of their school, from the first day of enrollment to the last transcript request.
Prince Technologies Corporation looks forward to continuing the discussions started in Subic Bay through hands-on operational assessments and tailored implementations. Since 1997, PrinceTech has helped Philippine schools, colleges, universities, and state institutions unify academic, financial, HR, payroll, and learning operations in one secure, cloud-based ecosystem, and we are ready to help registrars lead the next chapter.
